Our Mission
The Mission of the Ivy Heritage Foundation, Inc. in collaboration with the community service agenda of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Gamma Omega Chapter is to provide support to communities and organizations that provide opportunities and programs for educational advancement and that enhance the quality of life for the citizens of the global community.

Our Purpose
The Ivy Heritage Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit private foundation organized under the nonprofit law for public and charitable purposes. The specific purpose of the corporation is to promote/support scholarship awards and charitable programs in the community service program areas sponsored by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated , Alpha Gamma Omega Chapter. Specifically supported are scholarship awards for high school seniors and college students, training for economic solvency and independence, support and exposure to the arts for youth, promoting women’s health and wellness, and making a global impact through Africare, Soles 4 Souls, Lion’s Club International and the Pillowcase Project.
